Creamy Lemon Myrtle Coconut Rice Pudding with Seasonal Fruit and Davidson's Plum Powder
Rice Pudding is one of the all-time favourite comfort foods! So quick and easy to make and visually stunning. It makes a perfect dessert but could also be served for breakfast. If serving for breakfast omit the sugar and let people add if required when served. The extra creaminess of the crème fraiche makes this a step up from the usual rice pudding! This can also easily be made vegan or vegetarian in your life – swap out the dairy milk for a nut milk and change the crème fraiche to a coconut yoghurt. Equally yum whichever way you go!...

Wild Herb Chicken Breasts with Lemon Myrtle Chermoula and Wild Lime Raib (yoghurt)
Ha\ow can something so simple to prepare taste so fantastic! This dish is dead simple to make and deadly delicious to eat - a perfect family dinner or if you've got a crowd to cater for. We like to slice each chicken breast into about 5 pieces and place on a platter and hand our Chermoula & Honey sauce (with Lemon Myrtle!) around. We usually serve a bowl of Lemon Myrtle Infused Raib or even just a goof Greek yoghurt( although it isn't in the photograph) - its a perfect accompaniment to the dish. Great Party Food too!

Prawn Wontons with Sweet Chilli Kakadu Plum Sauce
These Wontons can be made hours on advance, or if you’re planning ahead for a party, they can be made and frozen. We’ve used water chestnuts in this recipe but if you are lucky enough to access a clean dam that has indigenous water ribbons, you may like to try these instead – the tubers (below water) make a great substitute and are delicious in their own right.
