Sometimes the most difficult thing about cooking a meal in summer, after a hot and tiring day, is thinking a) what you can cook and b) what you can cook that won't turn you into a complete hot mess. I humbly offer a few good standby ideas for skewers (or brochettes if you want to be fancy) to cook on the barbie - take that hot cooking outside and hand it over to the chief BBQ master. Our Spiced rubs can be used in a multitude of ways but seasoning these skewers is a no brainer.

Ha\ow can something so simple to prepare taste so fantastic! This dish is dead simple to make and deadly delicious to eat - a perfect family dinner or if you've got a crowd to cater for. We like to slice each chicken breast into about 5 pieces and place on a platter and hand our Chermoula & Honey sauce (with Lemon Myrtle!) around. We usually serve a bowl of Lemon Myrtle Infused Raib or even just a goof Greek yoghurt( although it isn't in the photograph) - its a perfect accompaniment to the dish. Great Party Food too!

A super quick recipe to make the best tasting chicken wings ever ! A big claim but we are confident you will love these scrumptious Wild Heb Spiced Chicken Wings as much as we do. Our Wild Herb Chicken Spiced Rub does all the work - just shake and bake, or BBQ, or Air Fry! For 10 wings 10 chicken wings 1 tablespoon Wild Herb Chicken Spiced Rub Preheat the oven (or air fryer) to 200 degrees C. Line a baking tray or dish with baker's paper.
