Our great 6 pack of Outback Spirit Sauces include the sauces listed below. We will always include two of the Sweet Chilli and Kakadu Plum Sauce and two of our Chilli Ginger and Wild Lime Sauce and one each of Coconut Chilli Lemon Myrtle Sauce and one of Peri Peri Wild Lime Sauce.

- 2 x Sweet Chilli Kakadu Plum Sauce - a lovely honey gold traditional sweet chilli sauce with plenty of 'kick' enhanced with the light citrus flavour of Australia's famous Kakadu Plum found growing in the coastal woodlands right across the Top End - from Broome in the West Kimberley to Darwin and into West and East Arnhem Land
- 2 x Chilli Ginger Wild Lime Sauce - an elegant and beautifully balanced sauce marrying the refreshing zesty flavour of Australia's Wild (or Desert) Lime with just the right amount of chilli and ginger to add a littl spice. 1 x Chilli Coconut and Lemon Myrtle Sauce - experience the taste of a tropical paradise all wrapped up in this amazing sauce highlighting the lemongrass and lime/lemon flavour of Australia's famous Lemon Myrtle. Lemon Myrtle is an east coast sub tropical and tropical rainforest tree with a fabulous flavour and fragrance that is simply divine.

1 x Peri Peri Wild Lime Sauce - No added Sugar ! This hot and fiery chilli sauce is made from unique Australian Wild Limes and Peri Peri Chillies. It makes a great dipping sauce for spring rolls and wontons, chicken strips and more. Use as a stir fry sauce, or through any Asian noodle or rice-based dishes. Great with white meats, as a pour on sauce or added to pan juices. Perfect basting sauce for Chicken wings, legs or ribs!!
