From the tropics comes the wonderfully fragrant Lemon Myrtle with delightful lime and lemongrass Favours. Coupled with chilli and coconut, this sauce is sensational.
It has great texture/coating consistency , zesty from the lemon myrtle, full bodied with the heat from cayenne and habanero chillies and the sweetness of coconut.
It’s great with just about everything! Try it with all Asian style noodle and rice dishes, or dolloped on chicken or fish burgers. Serve with poultry, ham or pork and it’s just great as a dipping sauce with grilled prawns or fish gougons. Commonly used as a pizza toppings to create that sticky flavorsome sauce once cooked.
