Love this sauce and when I found that it was unavailable at my local supermarket went straight to the source
Not cheap but you get what you pay for Great service and speedy delivery Thanks

Hi Pat, we are thrilled that you came straight to us! We love this sauce too and plan to make it for very many years to come. And yes, it is a little more expensive this way but Coles benefited from the very high volume of their purchases of Outback Spirit and we simply cannot use that manufacturing scale when not supplying Coles. I've been buying Outback Spirit Chilli Ginger & Wild Lime sauce for years. I started buying it beause it didn't contain vinegar but it's also great tasting and perfect in so many dishes. i.e. pulled pork and as a dip for Vietnamese rice rolls.

Salmon perfection

This sauce is perfect poured over a fillet of salmon. Marinate for an hour then cook at 200 degrees for fifteen or twenty minutes. Always a big hit.

    This zesty, sweet chilli sauce is made from unique Australian Wild Limes and is balanced beautifully with the ginger and chilli. This rather elegant sauce can dress a up any meal - try it on roast or confit duck, with pork or with prawns.
